Did you know that cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment? Therefore, ensuring our body’s pH remains at the right level, is a great way to stay on the right side of health and well being. But first we need to know which foods are acidic and which alkaline.
So here’s a list of over 400 foods that tell you if a food is a high/medium/low level of alkalinity or acidity.
